We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, but if you change your mind for any reason, we are happy to refund any unsuitable items, in their original condition. Please find our most commonly asked questions below:
How can I return my items?
Online:
Please note Online Returns come with a €15 courier fee per return.

- Enter your account email address and click Continue
- A code will be sent to your email address. Please enter this code (code expires within 15 minutes)
- Select the order for which you would like to request a return
- Click on Request return
- Select the item and choose a Reason from the list available
- Click on Request return button
- Our team will receive your return request. We will get back to you the soonest possible.
In-Store:
You can return your items in-store free of charge. Please ensure you visit the store relevant to the item you wish to exchange. All you'll need with you to return the item, is your order number and original payment card.

If you change your mind and decide to return any items, you can do so within the following time limits:
14 days for sale items (from the date when you received any items)
Can I get an exchange for my online purchase?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer an exchange for an item you have ordered online and wish to exchange.
You can however, exchange your items in-store. Please ensure you visit the store relevant to the item you wish to exchange. All you'll need with you to return the item, is your order number and original payment card.
What products can I return?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return item/s in a saleable condition and original packaging for an exchange or refund, within 35 days from date of purchase, on presentation of the receipt of the respective brand. Returns will be only refunded in local currency and with the same payment method.
For safety & hygienic purposes no returns/refunds are allowed on food, drinks, toiletries, underwear, swimwear, earrings, cosmetics & shoe care products. Items on SALE can be exchanged or returned for a credit note within 14 days from the date of purchase.
No returns, exchanges or refunds can be given without a valid receipt at any time. Exchanges or refunds for products purchased from countries other than Malta shall not be permitted in any Retail International Group store.
