Can I cancel my order?
It may sometimes be difficult to cancel an order as upon confirming your order, a process is triggered in different departments to fullfil it in the shortest time possible. We'd love to hear from you the reason for which you want to cancel. Contact us and our support team will assist in any way possible.

Can I return an item?
Yes of course. We appreciate that with online orders, you may sometimes be disappointed with the product received, either due to size or maybe just because it looked different online.

Yes. We supply you with goods from our own brands operated by the group.
Are these prices the same as the ones in the shop?
Yes. The pricing data feeds off the same backend systems. So a price change applied within the shop will be effected on our site too. There may be a case where promotions vary from the shop to our online shop.

My item/s is damaged.
We do out utmost to ensure that the product is sent out in perfect condition. Unfortunately some items get damaged along the way. Please contact us asap so that we can replace your product.
